The snozberries taste like snozberries.

Tender your resignation effective immediately, as Ferrero Rocher is hiring 60 professional chocolate tasters.

According to the job description, Soremartec Italia SRL (Ferrero Rocher’s research company) is looking for people to learn to taste cocoa, hazelnut grains and other semi-finished sweet products. Because apparently tasting cocoa is a skill you must learn.

A paid three-month training course will commence in Italy in September, aiming to educate prospective chocolate tasters on the senses of smell and taste, and how to better articulate their opinions.

At the end of the course, 60 candidates will be hired for two days a week, which is about the closest you’ll get to earning a spot at Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory.

No word yet on whether Ferrero Rocher will implant an Arthur Slugworth to ‘steal’ the secret recipe.

If this sounds like your jam, you can read the job description (in Italian) here.
