Heads up, bacon sushi is now available on Deliveroo

Salivating.

For the uninitiated, this Saturday is International Bacon Day. It also happens to be Father’s Day on Sunday, but the bacon holiday is far more exciting.

To get on board this delicious day, Deliveroo has partnered up with 7 restaurants to deliver bacon-loaded goodness across the country.

Of these, the best creation is easily bacon sushi, courtesy of Melbourne’s Salon De Sushi. Extending far beyond your regular surf and turf, there are two delicious sushis to choose from.

First, the Nadaru roll features asparagus and avocado, topped with Japanese mayo and wrapped up in seared bacon. The Yurian includes Japanese omelette, pickled ginger and seared bacon all piled up.
