Mr Miyagi is hosting a pop-up restaurant during Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival
Words by Rosie Macquire.
Because fashion makes you hungry.
With under a week to go until the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, you’ve probably planned out most of the events you’re going to.
After runway shows, exhibitions and talks, you’re bound to get hungry.
So for something extra special, Japanese restaurant Mr Miyagi will be popping up throughout the festival.
Hosted at The Plaza, four-course dinners will be on nightly, with a menu carefully crafted by Mr Miyagi’s experienced chefs.
The menu consists of a smoked chicken cone, wagyu beef tataki, sashimi ice globe and a deconstructed yuzu cheesecake, all for $50 per person. Hungry yet?
You will need to book for this one, with only five available time slots per night. However, if you miss out, Mr Miyagi will also be offering up bento boxes to purchase before each show as a snack.
The four-course dinner and bento boxes are available from March 5 to March 10.
Tickets available here.
