Ikea has unveiled its next collection and it is just so damn good
What dreams are made of.
Ikea is taking over all homewares-related news at the moment.
Affordable art and two huge collab announcements (with Byredo and Off-White) only scratch the surface when it comes to the Swedish giant’s projects.
The Stunsig collection is the latest to come out of Ikea-land.
Designed to make a statement, the collection sees a collaboration between a dream team of designers and artists – including illustrator Frédérique Vernillet, visual artist Malcolm Stuart, avant-garde image creators Pinar & Viola, psychedelic pop artist Steven Harrington, Stockholm-based duo Team Hawaii and digital and photographic artist Tilde Bay.
As a result, cushions, quilt covers, boxes, porcelain and other everyday items have been covered in bold prints and colourful patterns.
