If you’ve got a Riverdale-shaped hole in your heart after the show’s season three finale, here’s something to tide you over.
The trailer for Riverdale’s newest spin-off, Katy Keene has just arrived and it gives us a 20-second look at Lucy Hale as Katy, the new show’s protagonist.
Katy Keene is set to follow the lives of four iconic Archie Comics characters, as they chase their twenty-something dreams together in New York City.
In the teaser, we also see Josie McCoy, who fans will recognise from Riverdale, along with new characters Jorge Lopez and Pepper Smith. We know the producers of the Riverdale universe love a sing-along, and as Josie pursues her singing career in the Big Apple, it’s likely we can expect more musical episodes.
The show has no official release date yet, but is set to air sometime 2019/2020 TV season. Follow the official Katy Keene Insta for updates, and watch the trailer below.
