The house from 10 Things I Hate About You is up for sale

Any rom-com junkie worth their salt will recognise the picture perfect house from 10 Things I Hate About You. Now, some lucky homebuyer will get to live in it.

The five-bedroom Victorian house in Tacoma (not Seattle, where the film’s Stratford family lived) is up for sale. Both the interior and exterior of the house were featured in the 1999 hit.

Still intact is the super ’90s woodwork lounge where Kat Stratford brooded and read. Plus, the wraparound porch where she cosied up to Patrick, played by the late Heath Ledger.
