Tiffany & Co finally opens a cafe, so you can have breakfast at Tiffany’s

WORDS BY VERONICA STANFORD

About time.

Tiffany & Co has finally given the people what they want: the opportunity to live out their Holly Golightly fantasies and have breakfast at Tiffany’s.

The Blue Box Cafe opens tomorrow on the fourth floor of Tiffany’s New York Flagship.

Of course, the entire dining space is Tiffany blue and decorated with the brand’s iconic boxes of the same colour.

Vanity Fair reports the cafe will be open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, with a New York-themed menu that will change with the seasons.

You can expect The Fifth Avenue salad of lobster and avo, and the C.L.T sandwich which stands for both Charles Lewis Tiffany and chicken, lettuce, tomato.

But it wouldn’t truly be breakfast at Tiffany’s if you couldn’t get a croissant and coffee. The Blue Box will offer just that for $29 USD, but it will come alongside a choice of avo on toast, truffled eggs or a smoked salmon bagel.

Quite frankly, we’re surprised this hasn’t happened sooner.
