Two new seasons of Arrested Development are coming to Netflix from this week

I want to cry so bad but I don’t think I can spare the moisture.”

Big things are coming for fans of the Bluth family, with news that brand new episodes of Arrested Development will be hitting Netflix very soon.

The show’s creator, Mitch Hurwitz, shared a message to fans of the show on Twitter, with the following info:

“A new fifth season of Arrested Development will be coming back to Netflix soon. Like real soon. Like, if you knew when, you would not be wrong to be thinking “why are we all just hearing this now?”.

In the meantime, to coincide with Cinco de Cuatro on Friday (for the uninitiated, that’s a holiday the Bluth’s created), Netflix will release a remix of season four which Hurwitz put together.

Fans of the show will know that season four took a new approach to its format, with each episode following an individual character. Dubbed Arrested Development Season 4 Remix: Fateful Consequences, it will shuffle the original content around, presenting it in 22 new episodes with all characters’ stories being interwoven in each episode (much like the first three series’).
