Lily Allen has made her musical comeback, and it’s really damn good

On repeat.

We’re pleased to say 2018 is looking up. Lily Allen has returned to music, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Last month, Allen teamed up with rapper Griggs for her first single in four years, titled ‘Trigger Bang’. And now have a music video to go with it.

Set in London, the clip features hairstyles, outfits and locations reminiscent of Allen’s previous works. If you look closely, you’ll see references to the videos of ‘LDN’, ‘Smile, ‘The Fear’ and ’22’.

The song itself will take you right back to the songstress’ heyday, with a tune that would seamlessly fit on It’s Not Me, It’s You.

Allen’s first album since 2014, No Shame, is due to drop later this year. Needless to say, we’re eagerly awaiting the release.
