Role Description
Alpha60 is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Newtown store.

THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operations of the store while leading and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced retail leader who is both commercially minded and people-focused.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A natural motivator who can inspire and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing retail team.
- Driving sales through strategic planning and execution to meet store targets.
- Maintaining store presentation in line with visual merchandising direction from our studio team.
- Building strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Leading by example to create a positive, fun, and collaborative team environment.
- Providing clear feedback and performance management to support team growth.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and using initiative in all aspects of the role.
