THE ROLE
Bandit is looking for an Account Manager to join the studio on a 12-month contract, supporting a portfolio of branding and creative projects. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced, design studio and play a key role in bridging clients and creatives, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
As Account Manager at Bandit, you’ll be the connective tissue of the studio, supporting the flow of projects, managing relationships, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our Account Director, Founder, and entire Creative team, helping to drive projects forward while maintaining a high level of care, detail, and communication across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing clients and projects end-to-end.
- Creating and managing project timelines and studio resourcing.
- Preparing for and coordinating client meetings.
- Leading project admin, including notes, documentation, and reporting.
- Translating client feedback into clear, actionable creative direction.
- Supporting the setup and delivery of projects across branding, digital, and content.
- Supporting the proposal and pitching process.
- Quality control across deliverables.
- Supporting systems and processes across project management systems.
- Support in the management and running of the studio.
- Being a proactive, all-in team member, stepping in wherever needed to support the studio.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in an agency or creative environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Figma (preferred).
HOURS AND HYBRID WORKING
- This role includes a half day on Monday, with standard hours from 8:00am–5:30pm Tuesday to Friday.
- Work from home on Monday and Tuesday, and from our Darlinghurst studio Wednesday to Friday.
