Role Description
The Merchandise, Inventory & Wholesale Coordinator owns the operational coordination, data integrity and reporting that connects product, inventory and wholesale across the Bianca Spender business. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate product and inventory data, coordinating stock movement and allocation, supporting wholesale product administration and order execution, and delivering clear product and stock reporting.
Working closely with the Brand Director, Design, Production, Retail, Finance, Online and external partners, the role translates approved product, buy and commercial decisions into accurate systems, reporting and operational execution.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong numerical and analytical capability, advanced Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence working across both physical inventory and product data.
