You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative to support seasonal campaigns, e-commerce photoshoots and brand content production. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across fashion styling, shoot production and marketing. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love of fashion, and the ability to stay flexible and adapt as things shift — because no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and timelines for seasonal campaign and e-commerce photoshoots.
- Build and maintain detailed shot lists and visual references to guide production and styling direction.
- Coordinate sample management, including preparation, tracking and returns.
- Book models and liaise with agencies to confirm shoot details.
- Secure shoot locations and assist with permits or studio bookings as needed.
- Manage logistics for shoot days, including transport, call sheets, catering and equipment.
- Track and manage shoot budgets.
- Assist the Head of Creative with image selection and curation post-shoot, ensuring assets align with creative direction and campaign objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external teams (e.g., designers, photographers, stylists, model agencies) to ensure seamless execution of shoot days and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Provide on-set support for photoshoots, video and content productions, including assisting with styling, organising wardrobe, prepping samples and maintaining shoot spaces.
- Create and maintain moodboards and styling references for upcoming shoots.
- Organise, collect and return clothing and props loaned for photoshoots and campaigns.
- Support the creation and capture of behind-the-scenes and social media content during shoots.
- Ensure the in-house studio is clean, organised and production-ready.
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas to support the seasonal marketing calendar.
- Draft engaging copy for website and other marketing assets as required.
- Assist with briefing and coordination of marketing activities and events as needed.
- Explore and integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, etc.) to support content ideation, copywriting, image generation and workflow efficiencies.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends in marketing and creative production to support innovation across the team.
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of Creative and broader Marketing team as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle – essential.
- Strong understanding of creative production principles and fashion styling.
- Experience with creative tools and platforms (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Capture One). Familiarity with social platforms and content tools (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, Canva) is a bonus.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative mindset and genuine passion for the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and fast-moving projects.
