Role Description
NICO Underwear is on the lookout for a reliable, creative, and driven individual to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the brand and help shape its next chapter.
We’re a purpose-driven, women’s sustainable underwear label committed to ethical practices, thoughtful design, and empowering everyday comfort.
This role is part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) and will suit someone who is proactive and enjoys variety and exposure to the many elements of an eCommerce brand. In addition, we can offer flexibility around days and times to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer orders from start to finish — including packing, dispatching, and returns
- Liaising with couriers and managing shipping queries/issues
- Managing the stock
- Handling all customer enquiries via email and social DMs
- Creating and scheduling content for social media and website
- Assisting with marketing campaigns (think email newsletters, new product drops, promos)
- Keeping things running smoothly — and spotting ways we can improve
KEY SKILLS
- You’re organised, proactive and can self-manage with minimal supervision
- You genuinely care about great customer experiences and are confident handling enquiries
- You have a creative side — whether it’s photography, graphic design, writing, or social content
- You’re excited by the idea of being part of a small business and growing with it
- You’re aligned with our values: sustainability, inclusivity, and thoughtful design
- (Bonus) Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or social media scheduling tools is a plus
