We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead our online sales platform, optimise the customer journey, and drive growth. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with a cross-functional team (Retail, Brand, Customer Service, and Logistics) to ensure our digital store delivers a seamless, high-performing user experience.
In this critical role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to boost online sales, enhance engagement, and meet ambitious financial targets while aligning with our brand’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement digital strategies to increase traffic, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience in line with the brand’s marketing calendar.
- Paid strategy: Lead our agency to execute high-performing campaigns on SEM and Meta advertising.
- Affiliates strategy: develop partnerships to drive awareness and conversions
- SEO: Improve website architecture and technical execution of SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Merchandising: Define and enhance online product assortments to meet customer demands and business targets and still aligned with the marketing calendar
- Lead CRO initiatives to continually improve the user experience and maximise conversion rates
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales performance to budget, forecast & LY, and provide actionable insights
- Website Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the website and ensure it’s engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor industry, online shopping trends, customer insights and business performance data to identify areas of opportunity and improve on-site experience
KEY SKILLS
- 5+ years in B2C e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within luxe, beauty, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Technical knowledge of Shopify, including theme customisation, liquid coding, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, META and Google Ads.
- Experience with Klaviyo and CRM tools, Hotjar is a plus.
- Proven success in driving traffic growth, improving conversion rates, and delivering measurable ecommerce results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI, and online merchandising best practices.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast-growing environment.
- Team player with excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Proactive, agile, and business savvy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
