Role Description
We currently have an opportunity for a full time Visual Merchandiser to join our amazing retail division, for our Elm Colour Your Lifestyle clothing stores. This position focuses on ensuring all stores nationwide meet company standards according to weekly directives, primarily working in store, and reporting to the National Retail Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and work closely with the Head Office team: plan & discuss company direction and objectives weekly
- Develop, implement and coordinate monthly visual merchandising briefs
- Project & maintain an appropriate professional image for the “Elm Lifestyle” brand
- Train in store teams on all merchandising principles, display techniques and seasonal trends
- Communicate with store managers regarding visual merchandising brief’s, store merchandising plans, objectives and standards
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Plan and develop effective merchandise displays
- Coordinate window displays with retail and marketing teams
- Source product display materials, including window/in store props
