Flagship Store and Design Studio Allrounder; Ecommerce, Retail Sales, Production and Design Assistant
Brigid McLaughlin is a small sustainable niche designer womenswear company that prides itself on delivering the highest quality products within the international marketplace. The company produces two brands Brigid McLaughlin and PORCELAIN Brigid McLaughlin the company’s resort line.
As a company we produced carefully considered and crafted clothes that only do good; clothing that our customers love, clothing that celebrates and elevates the craftsmanship of our makers, clothing that has as limited environmental impact on the earth and its inhabitants as possible.

We need a talented highly motivated flagship store and design studio all-rounder to join our small team, who shares our ideals of striving for excellence in all we do and ensuring that the company works as efficiently and sustainably as possible through all processes. Someone with a creative eye who enjoys styling both our clients, our retail space and our eCommerce store would be the perfect candidate.

NOTE: DAYS TO BE WORKED TUESDAY TO FRIDAY 9-5pm SATURDAY 10am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Flagship Store and Ecommerce Store including all customer enquiries and communications.
- Manage Digital Marketing, Social Media and Communications in collaboration with Brigid
- Co-ordinate all retail operations and manage all stock within our store and our website.
- Co-ordinate wholesale orders and communication with stockists.
- Manage all E-Commerce Operations from running the website through to Customer Service and Dispatch of Online Orders.
- Work along side Brigid assisting in design and with product planning as required.
- A key responsibility will be to work closely with Brigid the company designer/director to ensure retail, wholesale and online budgets are met.

and abilities of the applicant.
RETAIL SALES
- The company operates from an open plan space in Haberfield NSW. We have a retail space at the front of the premises and a sample room at the rear. In this role you would be required to manage our retail clients. We strive to build long lasting relationships with our retail clients, so we are looking for someone who enjoys relationship building and who has the confidence to give personal styling advice.
WHOLESALE SALES
- Manage all communications, order entry and stock management for Wholesale sales and orders.
- eCommerce
- Manage Shopify Ecommerce Store. The job includes uploading all new products to ensure the eCommerce Store is always up to date with new offerings and most importantly inventory levels are carefully monitored to ensure they are correct at all times.
- Managing and Despatching all Ecommerce communications and orders.
- Promoting sales both instore and online with Digital Marketing.
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Work with Brigid on Digital Marketing strategies to constantly be attracting new clients to both the Retail store and Ecommerce Site.
- The role includes ensuring all social media channels are consistently updated and fully utilized for the maxim benefit of the company.
- Monitoring the Social Media Reports/data to help devise future strategies for consistent growth.
