Role Description
Bring creative to life behind the scenes. Right now, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Assistant to support our fast-paced creative and content studio for Bonds. Reporting to the Design & Production Manager, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our studio running smoothly, supporting content production, managing workflow and ensuring our creative output is delivered on time and to the highest standard. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing, content production or creative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate studio workflow, timelines and job prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met
- Review briefs and allocate resources across the design team
- Support WIP processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage studio administration, including invoices, budgets and cost tracking
- Coordinate eCommerce samples and support content production processes
- Assist with image selection, retouching notes and final approvals
- Maintain a clean, safe studio environment and ensure health & safety compliance
About You
- Previous experience in a studio, agency or creative environment (internship or assistant level ideal)
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
- A natural problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative setting
