Role Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our NEUW team. This role is responsible for translating creative briefs into high-impact visual solutions across digital and print.
From high-end photo retouching to large-scale print production, you will play a key role in maintaining visual integrity and brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling and technical skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
KEY SKILLS
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimisation.
- Confident in exploring use of AI for efficiencies
- Foundational experience in Premiere Pro or similar video tools.
- Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and brand consistency.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- High attention to detail and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Execution: Develop on-brand digital and print assets (socials, web, presentations, and editorial) with a focus on high-end typography and layout.
- Image Mastery: Perform professional photo retouching, colour grading, and compositing for various campaign outputs.
- Print Production: Prepare both small and large-scale print-ready artwork for out-of-home advertising, packaging, signage, and lookbooks, managing bleed, trim, and CMYK workflows.
- Multi-Platform Adaptation: Optimise and resize assets for all digital and print media while maintaining visual consistency across the brand.
- Workflow: Manage multiple project deadlines and maintain organised file structures.
- Creative Contribution: Proactively contribute original and creative concepts for consideration to help evolve our brand’s visual storytelling.
