Role Description
We are excited to announce that we are seeking an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our Paddington Store. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury brand. You must have a strong understanding of the retail industry and a genuine passion for SIR. and its ethos.
This role reports to the National Retail Operations Manager and Head of Retail. As the Assistant Manager, you will support the planning and implementation of strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets and KPIs. You will also play a key role in fostering a motivating and inspiring team environment.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates positive energy and enthusiasm, promoting a strong and committed team atmosphere for the SIR the label team.

- Maintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction, incorporating SIR staff training to exceed expectations.
- Supervise all staff and report any policy violations to the National Retail Operations Manager and Head of Retail.
- Support all store administration, including financial management, store operations, and reporting.
- Maintain a strong understanding of store operations.
- Take ownership of the store in the absence of senior leadership.
- Assist in the daily running of the store, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations, and staff training.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and provide impactful sales training.
- Adhere to any visual merchandising or window directives from the Head of Retail.
- Collaborate with the National Retail Operations Manager and Head of Retail to develop ideas for increasing sales, customer growth, VIP events, and store updates.
- Communicate regularly with the National Retail Operations Manager and Head of Retail regarding store performance, issues, and operational needs.
- Communicate individual and store daily/weekly/monthly sales targets to all team members.
