Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand presence across all key touchpoints. Based in our Burleigh Heads office, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both design and strategy, with a strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of social engagement.
You will lead the visual and social direction of the brand across email, social platforms, and digital channels—ensuring everything feels cohesive, elevated, and aligned with the Auguste aesthetic.

ABOUT YOU
- Strong Graphic design skills with a refined, fashion-forward aesthetic.
- Proven experience managing social media for a fashion brand.
- Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills.
- Experience with Shopify and website updates.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Comfortable using or exploring AI tools in creative work.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
