Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of creative concepts using an elevated and culturally relevant lens
- Translate brand strategy into visually compelling content that aligns with seasonal direction and brand positioning
- Contribute to the creation of campaign assets, digital content, social assets and brand collateral
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all creative outputs
- Stay across industry trends and contribute to ongoing creative evolution of the brands
KEY SKILLS
- A refined and highly developed fashion eye, with a strong understanding of brand, composition and visual storytelling
- Strong technical design software capability is essential, with the ability to execute creative to a high standard
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the fashion, retail and creative landscape
- A curious approach to technology and evolution of the industry
- 3–4 years’ experience in a creative or art direction role, ideally within fashion, retail or agency
- Demonstrated experience supporting campaign and content creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and creative execution
- Experience working across digital and brand environments
