Role Description

As the Marketing Manager at Mode Mischief, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day marketing momentum and delivering consistent, high-impact execution across all channels. You will translate brand direction into clear marketing activity, ensuring campaigns, content and communications are cohesive, timely and commercially effective.

This role requires strong ownership of marketing operations, from planning and execution through to optimisation, with a focus on strengthening brand presence and supporting business growth. Working closely with the Founder, Creative Director and wider teams, you will lead the rollout of campaigns, guide creative output, and ensure marketing activity remains aligned, proactive and responsive to the needs of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own always-on (BAU) and campaign marketing strategy to strengthen brand direction and drive commercial performance across the business.
  • Proactively identify and activate marketing opportunities including launches, key business moments and product/stock needs.
  • Maintain full topline visibility and briefing of all marketing activity across organic social, EDMs, and paid channels ensuring consistency and alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversee topline organic and social strategy providing clear objectives to the Social Media Coordinator and ensuring content supports brand and commercial objectives.
  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns, launches, pop-ups and activations in collaboration with the marketing & operating team, ensuring cohesive rollout across all channels.
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots for upcoming collections, defining objectives, managing timelines and ensuring outputs meet marketing needs.
  • Understand and analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with in-house influencer and gifting strategy, including identifying talent, coordinating outreach, and tracking outcomes in line with brand and performance goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication within the team to ensure marketing strategies are clearly understood, executed on time and followed through from brief to delivery.
  • Monitor marketing performance and use insights to continuously optimise campaigns, BAU activity and channel strategy, sharing learnings and recommendations with leadership.
  • Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring spend is aligned to priorities, cost-efficient and delivers strong return.

  • Proactive, initiating attitude – you take action to accomplish objectives and goals beyond what is required.
  • Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong tech skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms, databases, email marketing (Klayvio & Yopto) and marketing automation software).
