Role Description
$70,000 + Commissions + Super
This is a full-time position (40 hours), including one weekend day in a creative and thriving female led business. We seek a passionate person who has worked within the jewellery industry and has knowledge of gemstones, customisation and bespoke.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a natural flair for offering exceptional personalised customer service, proven organisational skills, and sound knowledge of fine jewellery and gemstones. This is a multifaceted role, where you will be responsible for providing a memorable and personalised experience for customers in-store and online.
You’ll be based in our William Street studio working alongside the founder Kerry Beard, the sales and marketing team who can support you to thrive and grow in your position.
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years experience working within high-end retail, and be available to work one weekend day a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and upselling to customers in the store
- Supporting customers across all touchpoints, including online enquiries via email, phone and live chat
- Build client database
- Instore and online order processing and invoicing
- Managing end-to-end jewellery orders
- Conducting bespoke instore appointments and guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes
- Maintain store presentation and visual displays
