We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Stylist to join our Melbourne studio.
This role offers the rare opportunity to work within a luxury, appointment-based styling environment, where every client experience is considered, personalised and memorable. As a KYHA Stylist, you will guide brides through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives, curating gowns that reflect their personal style and vision.
Working within an intimate studio setting, you will build genuine relationships with clients while delivering the elevated service and styling expertise KYHA is known for.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, bridal or premium retail.
- Strong experience delivering personalised, client-focused service.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional presentation aligned with the KYHA brand.
- Passion for fashion, styling and luxury client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead one-on-one bridal appointments within a luxury studio environment.
- Deliver a personalised styling experience for every client.
- Maintain thoughtful and timely client follow-up.
- Accurately manage client records within HubSpot.
- Support studio presentation and daily operations.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
