Role Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated, Retail Specialist to join our team at our flagship Armadale store. You will be joining a creative and passionate team that strives to always create a welcoming and inspiring experience in store. Experience in a boutique store is preferred, but not essential.

6. Highly motivated and driven in your role with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting in the successful operations of the Armadale store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service and the building and nurturing of a loyal customer base.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
- Cultivating local relationships with customers, VIPs and other retailers.
- Assisting customers in store.
- Providing an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in store.
- Communicating styling advice based on in-depth knowledge of product and brand aesthetic.
- Supporting daily operational procedures and administrative tasks.
- Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best.
- Developing a deep understanding of LM and our curated third-party offering.
