Role Description

MAAP continues to blur the space between fashion and sport, combining design and aesthetics with premium, high performance cycling apparel. Due to a well-deserved promotion, we are now looking for our next Product Development Assistant.

You’ll play a key role in identifying and resolving any colour matching challenges, communicating effectively with suppliers to achieve the desired results.
  • Streamlining Communication: You’ll be the central point of contact for all colour-related communication with our suppliers, clearly conveying approvals, rejections, and any necessary feedback. Maintaining accurate documentation of the status of each submission will be paramount to your success.
  • Supporting Design Development: You’ll also contribute to the broader design process by tracking washed transfer print strike-offs for the design team, ensuring they have the necessary samples for their work.
  • Contributing to the Team: Beyond the core responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to ad-hoc design and development tasks, such as preparing colour swatch cards for our sales team, showcasing the beautiful palettes that define MAAP. Most importantly, you’ll be an active and positive contributor to the vibrant MAAP team culture.
