Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Marketing with building seasonal marketing strategy and Marketing Calendar.
- Ensure Marketing Content and commercial Planner is up to date and correct across owned channels.
- Confirm promotional activity with internal and external stakeholders
- Own Monthly Recap planning document set up and maintain throughout campaign planning process.
- Coordinate Weekly Trade Document for weekly performance reporting for the marketing team.
- Co-ordinate owned social media calendar plans for Instagram and Facebook
- Adapt brand copy for owned social media posts to drive engagement and performance
- Ownership of owned social media posting, reporting and social media comment moderation. As well as grow brand reach and awareness via new social media platforms
- Co-ordinate in-store consumer events in line with the seasonal strategy
- Facilitate the creation of in-store signage and work closely with Visual Merchandising and Graphics team to create ad-hoc collateral
- Work closely with the retail operations team to develop marketing support plans for store openings and closures, as well as the creation of new store hoarding
- Update all Center Marketing channels with new season assets, promotional activity and brand stories
- Be a key contact for partners MYER and David Jones, and be responsible for seasonal marketing plan implementation
- Support PR & Communications Manager with press & influencer events as and when needed.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including campaign planning and social media management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, managing calendars, budgets, and planning documents.
- Proactive, creative, and able to contribute innovative ideas to drive brand growth.
