We are currently seeking a motivated Marketing and Graphics Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our head office, located in Mulgrave. In this role, you will be providing hands on support to the Samsonite Brand team to ensure the marketing strategy is implemented expertly and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be assisting in the production of commercial graphics and video for all marketing initiatives, while also supporting a range of other marketing initiatives across all brands in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and implement marketing projects across a variety of channels including creative briefs, events, activations, photoshoots, social content, digital, print and video assets, and sales activations.
- Develop comprehensive marketing briefs and communicate them effectively to internal teams and external partners, ensuring all deliverables are executed through to completion and on schedule.
- Produce post‑campaign and post‑brief performance analyses in collaboration with the Samsonite Brand team.
- Give support to the in-house design team by assisting with finished art, video and the creation of graphic work including; print, campaign creative, in-store POS, social and website imagery and ads.
- Coordinate and assist with asset creation, deployment, usage rights, contracts and third‑party imagery requests.
- Social media marketing – work closely with the Social Media Team on branded content creation and planning – including influencer outreach, content shoots, negotiations and managing media requests.
- Assist in developing and delivering internal/external PR campaigns, optimizing Branded collaborations.
- Support Marketing Manager with PR activities including media and influencer outreach and branded collaborations.
- Work with Brand and E‑commerce teams to coordinate the Australia/New Zealand marketing calendar of events.
- Coordinate and implement events (activations, promotions, retail product training, etc.) – across key areas; Branded / E-commerce / Social / Retailers / 3rd Party.
- Coordinate and nurture B2B partnerships by liaising with external stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and support sales growth.
- Provide general marketing and brand team support, including special projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with relevant brand teams, ensuring a focus on output and quality results.
- Ensure admin work is completed with attention to detail and archived for future reference.
KEY SKILLS
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar Marketing and PR coordination role
- Design skill is mandatory (Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut
- Team Player with Can-Do Attitude
- Developed Interpersonal skills.
