Role Description
Founded in 2009 by three friends from Stockholm and Melbourne, Neuw was born out of a shared passion for travel and entrepreneurship.

THE ROLE
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the team in everything from coordinating photoshoots to managing social media calendars and everything in between. This is a fast-paced role perfect for an administrative gun who wants to learn the ins and outs of the denim industry.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience (internships count!) in a marketing or fashion-focused role.
- Digital Savvy: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (light Photoshop/Illustrator work), and social media management tools.
- Attention to Detail: You’re the person who catches the typo in the 10th paragraph and notices if a hem is folded incorrectly in a photo.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. You can switch from “professional business” to “TikTok-ready” effortlessly.
- The “Denim Factor”: A genuine passion for denim and Neuw.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with monthly marketing reports, be the main point of contact for admin, and manage all invoicing keeping close eyes on our budget. You will adhere to the marketing calendar ensuring all critical deadlines are met.
- Content and Social Media: Assist in managing our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest). You’ll help draft captions, schedule posts, and engage with our community of denim enthusiasts.
- Sample Management: Be the “keeper of the blues.” You’ll organise, track, and ship samples for PR requests, influencer gifting, and editorial shoots, including internal sample movement and sample warehouse management.
- Market Research: Keep a pulse on the industry. You’ll track competitor launches, monitor denim trends, and report on what’s “fitting” in the current market.
- Shoot Support: Organise and co-ordinate brand events, campaign and e-commerce photoshoots—whether it’s securing venues, booking models, steaming samples, or capturing “behind-the-scenes” content, you will run a tight ship to meet deadlines and budgets.
