Role Description
This is a hands-on, physical role at the heart of how we receive, store, and dispatch product. You’ll be working closely alongside our operations team, keeping the warehouse running efficiently and accurately.
Hours are casual and will vary depending on stock arrivals and order volumes. We’re flexible and happy to work around your availability. This role requires an immediate start — remote work is not possible.
ABOUT YOU
- Physically capable and comfortable with active, hands-on work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy matters here.
- Takes initiative without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable learning new systems (full training provided).
- A good attitude and a team-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and organising incoming stock.
- Maintaining warehouse storage; ordered, labelled, and easy to locate.
- Pick and pack and daily order fulfilment support.
- Heavy lifting and working across ground floor and first floor storage.
- General studio upkeep and waste management.
- Learning and using our stock management systems.
- Flagging issues and taking initiative in quieter periods.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
No formal qualifications required. Prior experience in a warehouse, stockroom, logistics, or similar physical role is beneficial but not essential.
What matters most is reliability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow process and take initiative.
