Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be a talented retail professional with a proven track record of success in managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high operational standards.
Weekend availability is required. Start date is from mid November.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for shoppers, setting a high standard for the team.
- Maintain high operational standards across the boutique, including presentation, cleanliness, customer experience and stock organisation.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and effective merchandising strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills by motivating, coaching, and developing the retail team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to drive sales objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for discussions with the Retail Operations Manager and General Manager.
- Assist with preparing and managing staff rosters in line with wage budgets and store operational requirements
- Oversee all store operations and administrative tasks, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Manage stock levels deliveries to co-ordinate replenishment/reverse replenishment processes effectively.
- Utilise POS, inventory and reporting systems accurately and efficiently.
- Co-ordinate daily & weekly visual merchandising strategy with head office team.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring security and implementing effective policies and procedures.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product selection and customer service.
- Utilise sales data to prepare reports and set weekly goals and strategies.
- Analyse sales performance, customer trends and store KPIs to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Support hiring and onboarding process, including ongoing staff development and training.

- Proven retail management experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles to optimise store performance and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in analysing sales and financial data to inform strategic decisions and drive store performance.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
