Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Head Office team as an Online Store Coordinator for MaxMara Fashion Group. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing all aspects of an online retail operation and develop strategic skills as part of a data-driven team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the merchandising team with data to support the selection, pricing, and Merchandising of products, aiming to optimise sales and profitability.
- Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, and images, ensuring the platform is sales-ready while maintaining accuracy and consistency in pricing and catalogue information across all platforms.
- Work as second-level support for customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of Internal processes and platform evolution.
- Provide the digital and retail management teams with reports on customer inquiries, trend analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the order fulfilment process for Online Channels (E-Commerce / B2E), including order entry, shipping, and returns, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with support teams (Warehouse and logistics operation, couriers, customer service and stores) to ensure all orders are being processed within a reasonable timeframe and customer enquiries are fixed.
- Generating analysis and insights to support strategy decisions on marketing and product purposes.
- Execute and improve weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and optimise the e-commerce platform for performance and usability.
- Late meetings with our HQ Technical team based in Europe might be required.
- Actively contribute as a team member in the development of new projects related to the digital platform.
KEY SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Hybris, etc.).
- Project management experience will be considered a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, tools and analytics.
- Passion for Fashion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills
