Role Description
SIR. is seeking a senior and commercially minded Global Wholesale Manager to drive the growth of our international wholesale business.
This role will oversee all aspects of SIR’s wholesale strategy, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution across all international partners.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Global Wholesale Manager will play a key role in expanding SIR’s global presence, supporting the brand’s growth objectives while maintaining our high standards of service and brand representation.
This role requires a proactive, highly organised, and results-driven individual with 8–10 years of experience in international wholesale within fashion or retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing key global accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SIR’s international wholesale strategy, ensuring alignment with seasonal collections and overall business objectives.
- Identify and research new international markets and potential wholesale partners, targeting opportunities for growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with global wholesale accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct seasonal showrooms, both in-person and virtually, presenting collections and driving orders. Manage and execute seasonal sales of 4 collections per year.
- Travel internationally as required to support partner relationships and showroom presentations (6-8 per year).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international partners.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, collaborating with partners to maximise results.
- Drive in-season orders, reorders, and swaps to achieve sales targets and support brand sell-through.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure line sheets, look books, and order forms are delivered on time and accurately.
- Seek and execute opportunities with key partners for exclusive programs.
- Lead business improvement projects within the wholesale function, working collaboratively with senior leadership.
ABOUT YOU
- 8–10 years of experience in the international wholesale market in premium fashion brands.
- Proven track record managing global key accounts and driving revenue growth, with existing relationships with key partners.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse product categories and make strategic, data-informed decisions.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across international markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships globally and cross-functionally.
- Proactive problem solver with a solutions-oriented approach to business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and enhance efficiencies.
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, high-growth fashion environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
