• Sample Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery of salesman and shipment samples. Monitor progress and support weekly WIP meetings.
• Shipment Preparation: Barcode verification, garment measurements, and handover to warehouse. Process sample invoices for approval and payment.
• System Management: Use AP21 and PLM to generate barcodes, raise production orders, issue components, and maintain WIP lines.
• Logistics Support: Track and distribute parcels, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• General Support: Assist with seasonal trackers, sample reviews, bulk production planning, and quality testing. Escalate issues to the Production Manager.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories, understanding their strengths and specialties.
• Quality Assurance: Support colour matching, external testing, and ensure alignment with master references and production standards.

KEY SKILLS

• Tertiary course in Fashion and/or Textiles and preferably have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar business.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with production management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
