PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

• Lead and coordinate production from approved sample stage to bulk production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Update and maintain current trackers, systems, processes and manuals to ensure accuracy, efficiency and organisation.
• Audit current processes and streamline/build/ reestablish.
• Design/Production Critical Path: implement and maintain clear critical path deadlines for the brand to ensure on-time delivery and collection launches.
• Ensure accurate forecasting for core and brand styles to prevent stockouts.
• Oversee the creation of new styles SKU and costing information in the Master Range checking accuracy of SKU, RRP and Costing information from input, after any production updates and archiving information for sold out styles.
• Provide accurate stock on order values for monthly OTB data.
• Assist with monthly inventory grading, data analysis and buy planning.
• Complete regular ordering of all inventory, componentry and packaging.
• Coordinate replenishment reporting process weekly, sharing low stock, sell through and high stock reporting with the team.
• Lead weekly product audits with the Design, Production & Studio team members to maintain quality, correct product details and specifications.
• Check order quantities of bulk orders arriving and checking against samples to ensure quality is maintained.
• Manage setting assembly style inventory target quantities and monitor that these are met.
• Ensure the wear testing of all new styles and that quality standards such as plating durability and specification tolerances are met and maintained throughout reorders.
• Order indent Wholesale orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Assist with inventory analysis for ATS wholesale orders as required.
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase efficiency across the design, production and studio processes.
• Review and analyse production efficiency, lead times, losses and quality control metrics on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee documentation of all processes and training to the studio team in production, making & QC tasks.
• Suggest and implement strategies for factory compliance and additional quality control efficiency.
• Maintain sample sets of new styles, all current pieces and archive collection of sell through styles.
• Coordinate the recycling of scrap metal annually or as required.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

• Foster meaningful and effective relationships with existing suppliers.
• Expand the supplier base.
• Improve margin efficiency, negotiate pricing/discounts, and maintain supplier compliance.
• Coordinate order placement and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Inventory Management, ensuring ordered and received stock, componentry and packaging are very accurately recorded in Shopify transfers and SOO tracker.
• Manage payment of invoices and duties, checking accuracy of pricing and all other details thoroughly for all orders and filing accordingly.
• Oversee monthly componentry and packaging stocktakes for accurate data and forecasting.
• Monitor stock, componentry and packaging inventory levels monthly, ensuring reorders are placed as needed.
• Quarterly raw materials inventory reporting.
• Ensure accuracy is maintained with all supplier details.
• Maintain margin efficiency, improving where possible, maintaining an 80% average for core and brand styles.
• Improve payment terms and pricing/discounts from suppliers.
• Explore solutions to supply chain issues, reducing reoccurring issues.
• Manage Faulty/Repairs process, ensuring accurate credits for faulty items and return shipping costs are applied and repaired products are returned to us in a timely manner as well as monthly factory faulty stock position reporting.
• Drive sustainable and ethical supply chain initiatives.
• Visit suppliers when required.
• Attend trade shows as required.
• Lead the migration of QC offshore.
• Establish clear quality benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs to maintain consistency across offshore operations.
• Monitor QC performance through regular reporting, audits, proactively addressing risks and quality issues.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

• Oversee the product development timeline ensuring critical path is followed.
• Assist with sample orders, pricing strategies, and SKU margin improvement initiatives.
• Assist the Design Coordinator and Creative Director with with development of brand and collaboration items as required.
• Monitor margin efficiency for new styles aiming for 70% or higher average, improving where possible during the sampling timeline in preparation for bulk ordering.
• Assist with the pricing of new jewellery styles by analysing current pricing structures, the market and margins.
• Assist with the maintenance of the design tracker from product development through to bulk production.
• Assist with the maintenance of the QC manual ensuring this is source of truth for all styles.
• Identify opportunities to improve SKU margins, including new styles (post-sample approval) and existing SKUs below target margins.
• Identify inefficiencies, production errors, and implement process improvements promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements and resolve production issues promptly.
