Role Description
Camilla is searching for a senior, creatively ambitious Creative Studio Manager to lead our in-house graphic design studio.
This role is perfect for a senior studio lead who values design, culture and craft – and knows how to translate all three into work that turns heads. You’ll lead the operational engine of our design studio, act as the direct manager of our graphic design team, safeguard Camilla’s visual identity, and drive innovation across every channel we show up in.

ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years’ experience in a senior creative studio, in-house brand, or agency leadership role – ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- An exceptional eye for design and brand – with the seniority and conviction to give clear creative direction that lifts the work.
- A demonstrable track record of leading social-first creative campaigns, with a portfolio of TikTok-native work that proves real fluency in current platform behaviours, formats and culture.
- A finger on the pulse of culture, design and marketing trends – genuinely curious, well-referenced, and able to translate cultural insight into creative ideas.
- An innovation mindset – comfortable experimenting with motion, AI tools and emerging platforms to push studio output forward.
- A proven track record of directly leading, mentoring and developing a team of designers – including formal experience holding 1:1s, performance reviews and growth conversations.
- A deep understanding of creative workflows with the ability to prioritise, triage and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, alongside impeccable organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine love for creativity, collaboration, and colour.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow, scheduling and trafficking of all creative output across eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, Social, Partnerships and beyond.
- Proactively manage studio capacity, balancing high-volume reactive work with strategic, long-lead campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end creative briefing process – ensuring every brief is sharp, aligned and studio-ready before kickoff.
- Maintain full visibility across the creative pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met and feedback loops are efficient.
- Continuously refine systems, tools and workflows to elevate studio efficiency and output.
- Act as the central point of contact between the studio and the wider business, translating needs into clear, actionable timelines.
- Act as the direct people leader for our Graphic Design team – mentoring, developing and elevating each designer to do the best work of their careers.
- Own the performance, growth and development plans of every direct report – setting clear standards of craft and creating the conditions for the team to thrive.
- Be the gatekeeper of Camilla’s visual identity – safeguarding every asset that leaves the studio in line with our seasonal storytelling, evergreen brand codes and the highest standards of craft.
- Champion brand consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint – eComm, Retail, Wholesale, Social, Print and Packaging – so the world experiences one Camilla, expressed cohesively wherever they meet us.
- Lead the conception and execution of social-first creative campaigns – with proven TikTok fluency and an instinct for what resonates in fast-moving digital culture.
- Champion design innovation across the studio – introducing new tools, techniques and creative approaches (motion, AI, emerging platforms) that elevate craft and capability.
- Stay deeply immersed in current culture, design and marketing trends – bringing fresh thinking, references and inspiration into every brief and brainstorm.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale, Planning and Design.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are met with transparency, clarity, and creative integrity.
- Translate business priorities into impactful, achievable creative outcomes.
