The Role
We are searching for a team who offers true brand representation and can help bring our Rolla’s world to life. We are looking for someone who not only provides an exceptional experience for the customer – but also feels comfortable on socials and creating content to share across our channels to support traffic driving to the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, welcoming service while sharing fit advice and denim expertise.
- Embrace and represent our brands, by wearing our products to inspire our customers.
- Keep display tables, racks, fitting rooms, and the sales floor pristine throughout the day.
- Restock size runs promptly and assists with receiving deliveries and inventory transfers.
- Process transactions accurately while following cash-handling, stock security, and safety guidelines.
- Bring a collaborative, positive, team-first attitude to every shift and actively participate in store huddles and training.
Who you are:
- Genuine interest in denim, fashion trends, and retail culture.
- Upbeat, clear, and confident communication style.
- High attention to detail with POS processing and stock count tasks.
- Ability to work dynamic casual shifts, including weekends, peak trading periods, and late nights.
