Role Description
SENSO is looking for an E-Boutique Assistant to join our small, friendly & hardworking team based in Surry Hills, Sydney.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to hold the below skills:
- Great written, administrative, communication & customer service skills
- Proficient in Word & Excel
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, efficient and willing to learn
- A positive attitude and intiative
- At least of 1 year experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
The role will vary but will mainly consist of the below:
- Fulfilling online orders/ processing returns
- Attending to enquiries via email, social media, phone and online chat
- Entering data and maintaining internal systems
- Stocktaking & organising/maintaining the stockroom
- Uploading new arrivals & general e-boutique maintenance
- Assisting with the preparation of reports
- Uploading and managing product uploads to multiple Marketplaces
