Role Description
The Brand Marketing and Influencer Coordinator supports the Head of Brand Marketing and broader team (brand, digital and creative) to plan and execute marketing and content initiatives across all channels.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll support influencer activity, content planning, PR moments and local marketing, helping bring campaigns to life from idea through to execution.
A key part of the role is supporting our influencer and creator programme, from assisting with outreach and gifting to tracking content and staying across what’s trending. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being across social media, has a natural interest in creators and content and is always noticing what’s new or gaining traction.
You’ll bring a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while keeping things moving.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant tertiary qualification with ideally one year of experience in a marketing or office-based role.
- A deep understanding of the influencer landscape and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for building cross-functional relationships.
- Motivated, confident, and proactive with a solution-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in the home and fashion industry.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Part of the Brand Marketing Team within our broader Marketing Department, the Brand Marketing and Influencer Coordinator reports to our Head of Brand Marketing and works closely with our Brand, Digital and Creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
CAMPAIGN
- Support the Head of Brand Marketing to manage the workflow for the wider Marketing Department – ensuring all marketing campaigns and activities are delivered on time and to budget and that the strength of the team is leveraged to the fullest.
- Own and manage the upkeep of the Customer Experience Calendar, ensuring it is the single source of truth for all customer facing activity, and sharing out updates when changes are made for alignment and visibility.
- Own and track all milestone project dates with an understanding of the moving parts needed to manage campaign delivery.
- Responsible for keeping the team on track, and flagging any obstacles or delays in advance to ensure deadlines can be met, or contingencies made.
- Coordinate influencer and PR samples ensuring these arrive on time for Media / Influencer / Marketing initiatives, and are stored and maintained for future use.
- Coordinate our approvals process by involving relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the Head of Brand Marketing with retail marketing and supporting with any in store marketing activations as required.
INFLENCER AND PR COORDINATION
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with key influencers and talent agencies to foster long-lasting brand advocates.
- Facilitate talent reach outs, briefing, contract discussions, and ensure posting deliverables are met.
- Stay informed about emerging influencers, trends, and shifts in the influencer marketing space across all platforms.
- Assist with reporting on monthly influencer activity and press mentions.
- Respond to press enquiries and facilitate media loans as part of the PR strategy.
LOCAL AREA MARKETING
- Support the execution of initiatives to increase awareness and traffic for our growing fleet of retail stores.
ADMINISTRATION
- Support the wider Marketing Department with ad-hoc administrative tasks where necessary, and managing the receipt and tracking of invoices and expenses related to brand marketing activity.
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing department in managing campaign tasks and timelines in ASANA.
