Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Strategist who can take ownership of our digital voice and visual identity. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution, from ideation to publishing and performance tracking.
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong eye for visual identity, fashion, and storytelling.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent tools.
- Experience managing end-to-end content production.
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus: bilingual (French/English) and/or experience in fashion or retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media and content strategy aligned with brand identity.
- Define and maintain our editorial direction and visual storytelling across platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and produce photo & video content (Reels, campaigns, product storytelling).
- Manage content calendar, scheduling, and publishing.
- Write engaging captions, newsletters, and campaign messaging.
- Oversee and optimise Meta ads campaigns.
- Engage with our community daily (comments, DMs, customer interaction).
- Maintain and update website content to ensure consistency and strong brand experience.
- Coordinate and direct photoshoots (styling, casting, set design).
