Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our Bondi Boutique. This person will have proven success in leading a highly effective and high-performing team, driving VIP clientele and managing the daily operations of a successful retail store.
This persons duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels and developing business strategies, requiring great teamwork skills, cooperation, responsibility and exceptional customer service.
A front-line position, this role requires a deep understanding and appreciation for the brand, products and people and the ability to communicate that to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations and administration.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets, wage budgets, rosters and financial records.
- Prepare details reports and insight to discuss with the Retail Operations Manager.
- Hire, train and oversee new staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
- Motivate the retail team to meet sales objectives through training and monitoring.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Improve and uphold exceptional customer satisfactions and meeting monthly sales targets.
