Role Description
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for creativity , stock control and exceptional customer service? Gorman, renowned for bold prints, vibrant color palettes, and sustainable fashion, is seeking a passionate and creative stock/online assistant to join our Fitzroy Gorman Team!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, handle, and manage inventory of merchandise and supplies in a timely and organised manner.
- Maintain communication with store manager regarding new arrivals, stockroom layout, and delivery discrepancies.
- Unpack, count, security tag, and merchandise newly delivered stock on the shop floor as a priority.
- Work with other team members to ensure store presentation standards are maintained, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
- Fulfill online orders accurately and with priority, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.
- Participate in training opportunities and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
KEY SKILLS
- Previous Experience in a similar role and/or retail fashion experience beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in inventory management and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle the movement of goods
