Role Description
At Morrison, we design clothes women fall in love with – relaxed silhouettes, beautiful detailing and natural fabrics that feel as effortless as they look. Now we’re looking for a Store Manager to bring that same feeling to our Adelaide store. This is more than “running a store”. This is holding the Morrison experience.

Morrison was founded in Fremantle in 2002 and named after a much‑loved Kelpie cross. Today we’re a respected Australian brand with boutiques across the country, a growing online presence and over 100 stockists, still grounded in effortless clothes made with care. Our Adelaide store is a key part of that story – where the collection comes to life on our clients every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a close-knit styling team, lifting service, confidence and product knowledge.
- Curate the floor each day with considered styling – mannequins, cohesive racks, pieces you know your clients will love.
- Build genuine relationships: remembering sizes, styles and stories, and inviting clients back when the right pieces arrive.
- Own your results – rostering, wages, sales, conversion and ATV – and use the numbers to shape your plan.
- Maintain a beautiful, organised space from windows to back‑of‑house, always reflecting the Morrison aesthetic.
- Partner with the head office on feedback and initiatives, becoming a trusted voice from the floor.
WHO THIS WILL SUIT
You’re likely to thrive here if you:
- Have strong experience managing a premium or designer fashion store or boutique.
- Are a natural stylist who understands silhouettes, fabrication and how to help women feel like themselves again.
- Appreciate the craft behind clothing and enjoy talking through fit, fabric and care.
- Are comfortable with KPIs, rosters and stock, and like seeing the story behind the sales.
- Bring a calm, grounded presence and set a warm, confident tone for your team and clients.
