Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organised Warehouse and Online Fulfilment Coordinator to join the main head office team. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock allocation, dispatch, and logistics – ideally within the fashion industry. This hands-on role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments (including online orders), and maintaining strong customer service. Proficiency in Shopify and StarShippit is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 20kg and work independently, three days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the receipt of stock from our suppliers
- Picking and packing weekly stock transfers and replenishments
- Managing the dispatch and logistics of shipments, including online orders
- Inventory management
- Coordination of product uploads, reporting and inventory management relating to marketplace platforms
- High level of customer service and providing relevant support to retail outlets
KEY SKILLS
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Enjoys a hands-on role with the physical ability to lift up to 20kgs, move boxes, and handle bulky items
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous hands-on experience in stock allocation and dispatch
- Experience in a fashion brand or related field
- Prior knowledge of Shopify and StarShippit (advantageous)
- Available to work 3 days a week
