Role Description
Are you passionate about luxury fashion and exceptional customer service? Wolford Melbourne is looking for a dedicated Casual Sales Assistant to join our boutique team. If you have a background in fashion – whether through study or experience in luxury retail – and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- You will deliver an outstanding client experience, providing personalised service to every customer.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect luxury hosiery, lingerie and ready-to-wear pieces.
- Maintain the boutiques visual presentation and uphold brand standards.
- process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support stock management, including restocking and inventory checks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong background in fashion – either through formal study or experience in fashion retail.
- A passion for styling and an understanding of luxury fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium customer service.
- Preference will be given towards applicant with previous experience in sales.
