Uniqlo x Lemaire to launch new collection

Simple made better.

A sophisticated french label and a Japanese label for the everyday fashionista. This sounds like the collaboration we’ve been waiting for.

With autumn on the horizon in the Northern Hemisphere, Uniqlo is set to collaborate with Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran of French label Lemaire, for its upcoming collection.

While Uniqlo is known to be an ‘everybody’ label, Lemaire leans more towards an upmarket Parisian elegance. But Lemaire doesn’t see itself as being a luxury brand. “We try to do qualitative garments that will last. In this sense, that is also what Uniqlo is doing.”

The collection will range from about $40-$200 which is a much more accessible price range than Lemaire’s usual $200-$400 range.

It will include shirts, knits, dresses, pants and jackets, and you can garuntee that they’ll be simple, elegant and timeless.

So what about us?

Not to worry, because the collection will be available worldwide in Uniqlo stores as well as online in early October.

It’s simple made better.
