2014 marks Melbourne Music Week’s fifth year embracing its world-renowned music scene with hundreds of concerts, parties, artistic collaborations and workshops across the ten-day program; and what better way to recognise Melbourne’s multi-faceted cultural identity than to host parties in our iconic laneways?

Illuminating Melbourne’s Somerset Place on a warm Friday evening, the Innocuous Laneway Party transformed the unique space into a tropical oasis with palm trees, beer, sunset and tunes.

The buzzing success of this event is a testament to Melbourne’s cultivated music scene; proving for another year that Melbourne Music Week was back with a bang.
