Converse threw a gallery event to celebrate the return of the One Star

It’s back.

To celebrate the revival of the Converse One Star, the brand threw a kicking party in South Yarra’s Ellis Street Studio.

Guests were treated to food by Hanoi Hannah and Pidapipo Gelateria, while viewing exclusive Converse artworks produced by photographer Ben Clement and artist Dina Broadhurst.

Clement captured a number of Australian creatives wearing the One Star shoe across city locations, before handing the final edits to Broadhurst to produce into 3D works of art.

It all culminated in an intimate series of eight artworks, proudly displayed in the South Yarra studio during the One Star launch.
