Nonnas star in Dolce & Gabbana campaign

If you’re anything like us, your hearts will melt at the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 15 campaign.

Putting a Spanish spin on Sicilian traditions, the series features a trio of adorable elderly Nonnas alongside the expected troupe of leggy, sharp-cheekboned models. Unlike the usual Blue Steel looks of previous campaigns, the women gossip, laugh and chat with their juniors, in conversations which we can only assume include italian-accented “che bella! You beautiful darling.”

Naw.

The spanish-inspired campaign also features some amazing pieces, with refined cuts, detailed embellishment and a sheer skirt that is already top of our wishlist.

But mainly we’re in love with those Nonnas. Excuse us while we go call Grandma.
